Commercial grounds work is a different job from residential, and the difference is not the mowing. It’s that nobody should have to call you. A property manager or an HOA board has enough to do without chasing a landscaper about whether the entrance beds got mulched.
Capstone Landscapes maintains commercial properties, HOA common areas, and church grounds across Wake Forest, Rolesville, and northern Wake County. Rick Linder has been in the landscaping business more than 25 years. Call or text (919) 671-7296.

How commercial contracts work with us
For commercial and HOA properties we almost always recommend the annual program. One agreement covers the full year and everything in it, on a set schedule, at a cost you can budget against. Nobody has to approve individual visits, and there’s no line-item argument every time a bed needs mulch.
If a board would rather start smaller, we’ll do that too. Some HOAs bring us in for a single cleanup or a mulch install to see how it goes before moving anything else over. That’s a reasonable way to hire a contractor and we don’t push against it.
We’re fully licensed and insured, and we’ll provide a certificate of insurance for your records before work starts.
Why a smaller crew is often the right call
The large regional companies are set up for volume, and on a small or mid-size property that usually means you’re a stop on a long route and you get whichever crew is available that week.
We’re a local operation working a tight geographic area in northern Wake County. The person who quotes your property is the person responsible for it. If something isn’t right, you’re talking to the owner, not a call center. For a neighborhood entrance that needs to look correct every single week, that consistency is worth more than a slightly lower bid.
